The room was huge and impeccably clean, offered a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and tea/coffee making equipment. Everyone was very helpful as well as owner.

We thoroughly enjoyed the comforts of this boutique hotel. The room we had included central heating, a personal safe, and coffee/tea making machines. The location was marvellous for first time visitors to Lecco.

The hotel's location, though a bit further from the other lake towns, was a blessing in disguise. It allowed us to escape the bustling crowds and enjoy a peaceful stay. Plus, the available free parking nearby was a cherry on top!

we do recommend staying at this small hotel. the property has a super location, very close to the lake and bellagio on lake como. great nearby places include covo nord ovest, we usually had drinks there.

My partner and I stayed at Luxury Suites Rocopom for 4 nights and we had the most amazing experience. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and assisted us with transportation from the train station. The cleanliness of the hotel and the breathtaking view of the lake were outstanding. The food at the restaurant was reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. The owner was incredibly friendly and informative, even offering a boat rental without a license. The location was perfect, peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of other towns nearby, yet still conveniently close to public transportation. This hotel has truly set a new standard for great service and hospitality.

We got great value for our money at Luxury Suites Rocopom - Lake Front. The room was spacious, elegant, and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the lake. The location was perfect, right on the waterfront, and the staff treated us with warmth and friendliness throughout our stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast even better at this hotel would be to add more variety to the menu. Some additional options like pancakes, avocado toasts, or a traditional scrambled egg with side dishes would be great.

The staff greeted us warmly and reserved a table at their outdoor restaurant. The dinner was delicious and well-presented. The chic-style room had a beautiful front view of Como lake. Italian breakfast was served on the balcony. Requests were met with friendly smiles and excellent service. We can't wait to return and stay longer next time.

I had a fantastic stay on Como lake. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful, providing lots of information about the area. The location right on the lake was beautiful, with stunning views to wake up to. The hotel also had great facilities, including a restaurant with delicious breakfast and dinner options. Transportation was convenient, with the ferry located nearby for easy access to other cities like Lecco and Bellagio. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and everything from the rooms to the bathrooms felt luxurious.
